The yoga experience with Chantel is amazing.
There is exceptional attention to detail with each class: sanitised equipment ( the times we live in sadly!), gentle music, burning oils, even fairy lights and led candles all add to the extremely relaxing yoga practice.
This is enhanced by Chantel’s skill at reading the levels of each of us during the class and offering alternative variations of postures if necessary, but always in a softly spoken and personal approach to the individual.
And finally I love her little poems / mantras that she reads out during our relaxation at the end of class. My only concern is that most of them seem to apply??!!

I would just like to say what an amazing yoga teacher Chantel is. I started her Restorative Yoga classes about 2 years ago as a yoga novice, and to be honest, with some hesitation. However Chantel was so warm and welcoming, with a big smile and beautiful soothing voice. She ensures she understands your needs and issues before each class, and varies the content each time to provide benefit to the whole body and mind. The poems and words she uses to support the practices are inspiring and thoughtful. I come out after each class feeling both relaxed and energised, and am definitely a convert! Thank you Chantel

Chantel is an intuitive and inclusive yoga teacher who teaches all levels and mixed classes with equal attention and dedication. She has a beautiful style to teach expertly online as well as in person. Her gentle encouraging spirit takes you into deeper postures but also into yourself to unlock a physical and emotional release. Her classes are varied every week with an accompanying theme and poem or words to support the class and inner journey. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough for both Hatha and Yin practice.

Loved Yogaween today. Chantel is such a brilliant teacher…the atmosphere she created was amazing and I loved how she incorporated the changing of the seasons into the practice. It felt really special and like being at a mini yoga retreat. I’ve come away feeling totally relaxed from the inside out. Thank you.
The Yogaween session was great. I am already looking forward to attending more of these workshops. Chantel is an excellent and highly skilled yoga instructor who puts her heart and soul into her course delivery. She teaches in such a way that you can just listen and follow the instructions without having to think about it or watch her. You follow her words and achieve total relaxation. I came away from the workshop feeling relaxed, both physically and mentally.
